Can Rivetway manage HGV vehicle records?
Rivetway is designed to keep important vehicle dates, documents, inspections, defects and supporting operational information connected to the vehicle record.
Does Rivetway include tachograph tools?
Rivetway includes Tacho Mate, a separate driver-focused beta companion for driving, other work, breaks, POA, rest, history and useful hours warnings. It is not an approved tachograph replacement.
Can defects move directly to workshop action?
That is a core Rivetway workflow: a reported issue can move from the driver or operation into workshop triage and resolution while retaining the record behind it.
Is Rivetway only for HGVs?
No. Rivetway is intended to support transport operations with different vehicle types, while allowing the records and rules around a vehicle to reflect the work being done.
